A bundled platform for forecast integrity

Forecast accuracyneeds both halves.

Clean firmographics tell you who the deal is with. Healthy pipeline tells you where it is. Amplify runs both, on HubSpot, with audit.

Half 1 · Core CRM DataWho is the deal with.Firmographic enrichment across four sources. Auto-writes at confidence ≥ 70%. Fully audited.
Half 2 · Pipeline HygieneWhere the deal is.Stage, close date, amount, commitment gaps. Rep-approved in Slack. Never auto-writes.

Half your records are wrong.

Half of forecast inaccuracy starts with bad account data. Wrong industry. Missing employee count. Decision-maker pointed at the wrong contact. HQ in the wrong country.

Your segmentation runs on it. Your routing runs on it. Your forecast model runs on it. If it's wrong, everything downstream is wrong.

Sixteen fields. Four sources. One write.

Amplify reconciles sixteen fields per record across four data providers and grounded AI inference, with a confidence score on every proposed value. Above the threshold, it writes to HubSpot. Below, it queues for admin review.

Source and evidence are recorded on every write. Your segmentation, your routing, and your forecast model finally operate on data that is current and verifiable.

The other half rots in reps' heads.

The rep had the call. The rep promised the demo on Thursday. The deal is still in Discovery with no close date.

You ask the rep on Monday. They forgot. You ask again Friday. They forgot. The pipeline data your forecast depends on lives in rep brains and Gong transcripts, not in HubSpot.

Asked in Slack. Approved in one click.

Amplify reads call transcripts, email threads, and HubSpot deal records to find pipeline gaps. It drafts the update, routes it to the deal owner in Slack with the source quote attached, and waits.

The rep approves, edits, or dismisses. Pipeline never auto-writes. Managers receive a weekly digest of approvals, dismissals, and outstanding items.

Catch on Contoso ($120k) — deal is marked Closed Won but close_date is empty. Workspace policy requires close_date when stage = Closed Won.

Regressions caught before the board meeting.

When a deal slides backward — Closed Won returning to Negotiation, a stage that should have moved two weeks ago — Amplify catches it from activity signals and surfaces it to the rep with the reasoning.

You see what's actually happening to your forecast a week before the QBR. Not after.

Both halves, one score.

CRM Health Score rolls up the data-quality side. Pipeline Hygiene Score rolls up the rep-judgment side. Forecast accuracy depends on both moving in the right direction.

If one is healthy and the other is rotting, your forecast lies. Amplify gives you the line on both.

The line we hold

AI suggests. Humans approve. Both halves.

Both products write to a single audit infrastructure. Every proposed value, every write, every approval, every override is recorded with source, evidence, confidence, reviewer, and timestamp. Confidence thresholds, auto-write exclusions, and Slack DM permissions are managed in the Admin Control Center. Rollback is per-record or per-batch. SOC 2 Type II environment. GDPR-compliant DPA available.

Pricing

Both products in one platform fee.

Scaled by record volume and connected pipelines. Annual contracts.

FAQ

Five questions about the bundle.

Do we have to buy both products together?
They are sold together because they share the same audit infrastructure, the same Admin Control Center, the same approval mechanics, and the same Slack and HubSpot integrations. Pricing reflects record volume and connected pipelines rather than a per-product line item. In practice, customers adopt one product first, usually Pipeline Hygiene because the time saving is immediate, and then activate Core CRM Data once trust in the audit infrastructure is established.
How does Amplify fit alongside our existing data stack: Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo?
Apollo is one of the data sources Amplify queries through its resolver chain, alongside Breeze, Crunchbase, and LinkedIn. If you already have an Apollo seat, that data is available to the resolver without a second integration. Clay is a different category: a flexible table for one-off enrichment workflows. Amplify is the always-on layer for HubSpot record health. ZoomInfo is supported as a source on the roadmap; in the meantime, Amplify's existing source mix covers the common firmographic fields with confidence.
What about HubSpot Free? Starter?
Amplify is built for HubSpot Professional and Enterprise on Sales or Service Hub, where the API surface supports the writes and workflow controls the product depends on. Starter works with limitations on custom property writes and some workflow triggers. Free is not supported because the required scopes are not available. We confirm fit during the demo based on your specific HubSpot configuration and would rather decline a fit than ship a degraded experience.
What is the rollout path? How long does implementation take?
Standard rollout is two weeks from contract to first production write. Week one is HubSpot OAuth, Slack OAuth, field mapping confirmation, and confidence threshold setting in the Admin Control Center. Week two is a guided pilot on a single pipeline or business unit, with weekly review of audit entries and approval rates. After week two, you expand to additional pipelines at your pace. We provide a named implementation engineer for the first thirty days.
Where is the data, and who can see it?
Audit records and operational metadata are stored in a SOC 2 Type II environment, with US and EU residency options at launch. Customer HubSpot data is processed in transit; only the fields required for resolution are persisted alongside their audit entries. Workspace admins see their own workspace. Platform admins see infrastructure only, through a separate audited login. Access logs are exposed in the Admin Control Center. SOC 2 report and GDPR DPA are available under NDA.
